As a Chicago native and a Florida native, we met each other right before the Covid-19 Pandemic at an Omnicom agency in Chicago. As two Senior SEOs at the time we worked with big name clients like the US Army and BMW, we understand what drives growth and what hinders it - bureaucracy. Our time there was largely spent explaining the same things over and over again to the same people. This is agency life.

Fast forward a couple years later we found ourselves in the same position at a different agency. This time there were too many cooks in the kitchen and not enough dishes for all. The checks and balances internally caused internal strife between mid management and leadership. We decided we can do better ourselves.
